It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached
appointments.
b. Ordinance 2019-03
Ordinance to authorize and direct the incurring by the County of Chester of
non-electoral debt in the maximum amount of $85,000,000 through the
issuance of one general obligation bonds series of 2020 in the aggregate
principal amount not to exceed $50,000,000 and general obligation bonds
series A of 2020 in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $35,000,000
for the purpose of providing funds to currently refund all of the County’s
general obligation bonds, series A of 2010.
c. Ordinance 2019-04
Ordinance of the Chester County Commissioners reaffirming and ratifying
Chester County’s participation in the Pennsylvania Counties Risk Pool and
the execution of the Intergovernmental Agreement pursuant to the
Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation law, as amended.
d. Resolution 51-19
Resolution of the Chester County Commissioners authorizing the 2020 real
estate tax rate.
e. Resolution 52-19
Resolution of the Chester County Commissioners authorizing the execution
of a Confirmatory Deed for 16,671 square feet of Tax Parcel 29-6-15-E to the
Estate of William Ire Beideman.
f. Memorandum of Understanding
Memorandum of Understanding between The Nature Conservancy and the
County of Chester.

Memorandum of Understanding between the Chester County Economic
