a. Resolution 06-17
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve a resolution authorizing the Deputy Director for Emergency Management, William H. Turner, to sign all required forms and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act for DR-4267-Jonas Snow Storm.
b. Resolution 07-17
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve a resolution adopting the Chester County Assessment of Fair Housing, 2018-2022 to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
c. Resolution 08-17
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve a resolution authorizing the conveyance of a certain parcel of real property that was formerly a railroad right of way situate in the township of West Nantmeal, Chester County Pennsylvania to Lisa M. Decker as consideration for the grant of a trail easement.
d. Authorities, Boards and Commissions
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached appointments and reappointments.
